Last Wednesday I went to Boskoop where Wendy me and 5 others (very experienced cake-designers) would teach me the ins and outs of making marzipan figures. After 4,5 hours working on these, my schoulders tightened because of the intense work, this was the results. I am quite proud of the results and luckily didn't do a lesser job then the others. I will teach Andrea a mini course of at least the dragon (don't have enough materials for doing the butterfly).... looking forward to it and hope that she and her daughter Cézanne will be able to come soon.
